-By commissioning me you agree to all terms listed below.-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
-No AI, No NFTs, No reselling.
-No hate speech, harassment, etc (Have common sense)
-If any of these terms are violated, you will be blacklisted from my services in the future.
â—† Commission Terms
-Skeb: No communication, No revisions (Unless mistake on my part) Same rules from Skeb apply here.-Standard Commissions
-Communication via Vgen or Discord (Client preference)
-Please provide clear and complete references.
-Text based description with images will incur a fee, going by a case by case basis.
-Rush orders will incur a rush fee, depending on the requested deadline.
-Sketch edits are unlimited, after the lineart & rendering stage, only 3 minor edits will be accepted. Any major edits will incur a fee.-Information relevant to specific commission services will be listed on their respective Vgen listings.
â—† Payment
-All payments are upfront before any work starts.
-I do not accept payment plans for personal commissions.
-Commercial commissions over $1000 are eligible for payment plans.
-Do not haggle or negotiate the quoted price. If it is outside the intended budget, simply decline the proposal.
â—†Refunds
-Refunds are applicable if:
1. The artist fails to deliver the final artwork on the agreed upon date.
2. The artist cancels the commission request for any reason.
3.BEFORE any work starts on the commission, the client can request a refund & cancellation. This request will only result in a partial refund.
-After work has begun on a commission, no refund requests will be accepted.
